Need more matching prints/designs

4/5 for selection because I tried so hard to match the design of the MacBook Pro case to the iPhone case so that I could have a matching set. A lot of the phone cases I like didn’t have the same/similar matching laptop case.

Looks cheap and not worth money

Case looks and feels super cheap, not what I was expecting at all for a $45 case. Was expecting the quality of the mirror case I purchased a few months back but was not

Practice patience

I'll start by saying I have a LOT of Casetify stuff. 20+ cases, and several watch bands & airpod cases too. Call it an addiction, I call it enjoying variety :) I even have one case that's a custom print of one of my own pictures and it is just gorgeous. The quality and fit is always top notch and I'm always getting compliments on my phone cases. I really could not be happier with the products themselves. Yes they're expensive, but you can almost always find coupon codes or discounts online. I think I've only paid full price for maybe 2 or 3 orders.

That said- they lose one star for the incredibly slow shipping and lack of transparency around it. I've been ordering from them for about 3 years now and I only recently found out that everything is produced in and shipped from Hong Kong. There is NO mention of that on their site, in fact the delivery FAQs are worded to sound like they ship from the US. That explains why it has taken a minimum of 3 weeks for past orders to arrive. They email you when it "ships", but that's just when the USPS label is printed. Your actual order is still in transit from Hong Kong, which is why the tracking shows pre-shipment for a week. If you ask them why the tracking isn't updating, they tell you USPS takes 4-5 business days to scan in tracking numbers. This is not true at all, it just takes that long for your order to arrive in the US and clear customs.

That said, for anyone sick of waiting weeks/months for your order- pay a little extra for DHL shipping. It is WELL worth it, at least in the US. I picked DHL for my last couple orders and no joke, they each arrived in under a week.

Horrible company

See this brand all over social media so I ordered a case with my photos. It's been over 2 weeks and the case hasn't even been printed or processed yet. I've had to email the company at least 6 times trying to figure out what's going on but the customer service is terrible. I'm not sure when I'll receive my case but I much rather would have purchased from wildflower if I was going to spend $50 on a simple phonecase.

Confusing and unclear instructions

I made a custom photo case and the rules were very unclear. I sent my order and it was returned to me saying I'd broken the copyright guidelines. It was very frustrating and could've been avoided had the rules been more outright and specific. Also the photos appeared blurry when I was designing my case.

The ring I bought for my case will not…

The ring I bought for my case will not stay on. It constantly falls off. Way over-priced for something I can buy at 5 Below that works great.

Wouldn’t recommend

I ordered the leather personalised case in December and it has deteriorated. All the leather is peeling off and it looks so bad. I initially bought the leather case as an investment hoping it be more durable. Would not buy the leather cases again.

Scam. This company is a scam. I purchased 55.00 worth of masks and filters. My credit card was charged and there was no follow up email confirmation. Weeks passed and no delivery. Contacted customer service - multiple emails giving them all my info - but refuse to give them the first 6 numbers and last 4 numbers of my credit card so they can find my order. Beware - they are a scam and try to get even more from you.
